Meridian Treehouse Wins Webby Award

We’re so proud to announce that our first-of-its-kind shared, synchronized immersive reality experience “Expedition Palau” has been named a Webby Honoree for Public Service & Activism and has been nominated for a Webby Award in technical achievement!

To kick off the United Nations World Oceans Week, we partnered with the ocean stewardship non-profit The Hydrous and Lenovo Education for a “dive” under the waters of Palau. This guided virtual reality experience allowed for people across the globe to share in the wonder of the underwater world together, at the same time.
